Located in the heart of Tribeca in New York City, this stunning 13,500 sq ft (1250 sq m) triplex is nestled within a magnificent 1862 limestone loft mansion. Taking up the 4th, 5th and 6th floors of a 41 foot wide building, this four bedroom, six bathroom apartment was renovated to retain the structure’s original character.

The centerpiece of the triplex is a glass staircase, which allows sunlight to shine straight through to the 4th floor. The residence also includes a fully finished roof and terrace space.

The apartment comes with a private gym and half basketball court located in the basement. It is currently on the market for a cool $30 million.

To honor the original Athletics West Running Club, the Nike Sportswear cartel took to the streets of New York, London, and Tokyo to capture 77 trendsetters. The number 77 was chosen to pay tribute to the founding year of the Running club in 1977. The selected 77 were photographed in the Nike Sportswear AW77 & Destroyer jackets in the subject’s home-town element.
